How to book
Tickets to most shows are available through Dash Tickets via the following methods:

Door Sales
Door sale allocations will only be available for performances that have not previously sold out. These tickets will be on sale at the venue 30 minutes prior to the performance commencement. (Exception: Filling the Tins is door sales only).
Preferential Booking Period and Booking Exceptions
Friends ‘Friends of the Festival’ membership entitles you to a preferential booking period from 7 July.
Concessions
Available on select performances as indicated in programme. Applicable concessions for full-time students, unwaged or senior citizens (65+) will only be available on presentation of current relevant ID.
Public Tickets for Select Performances
Bookings for performances at the CBS Canterbury Arena and Middleton Grange can only be made through Ticketek via www.artsfestival.co.nz or 0800 Ticketek (0800 842 538).

The Loons Performances

Service Fees Information
All tickets purchased are subject to a service fee. Please note that tickets purchased with a credit card are also subject to credit card fees. Tickets booked through www.artsfestival.co.nz and Dash Tickets are subject to the following service fees:

With Credit Card:
Up to 4 tickets - $2 per ticket
5 tickets or more - $10 in total
Via Direct Credit:
Up to 2 tickets - $4.99 per ticket
3 tickets or more - $10 in total
In Person
Up to 3 tickets - $3 per ticket
4 tickets or more - $10 in total

Disabled Access
Disabled access is available for all venues. For further information please contact the Festival on (03) 365 2223. If you require assistance to access a Festival venue, please contact us in advance.
Important Information
Ticket prices include GST. All tickets booked through Dash Tickets and Ticketek will incur a booking fee. General Admission events do not have allocated seating. The use of mobile telephones or similar devices is not permitted during the shows. The use of cameras or other recording devices is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to admit latecomers at a suitable point in the performance.
Booking Conditions
The Christchurch Arts Festival reluctantly reserves the right to change the schedule by amending dates or replacing shows. Any unavoidable changes will be advertised on the Festival Website and in The Press. If a show is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded. Transaction fees are not refundable. Tickets are subject to availability and issued according to best available. Tickets are non-transferable between events. No refunds or exchanges on lost, or stolen tickets. There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket price or service fees except as required by law.
