Festival Programme

The full programme for the WinterGarden and TelstraClear Club will be published in The Garden Guide which will be distributed in The Press on the 10th of June.

Friends

Friends of the Festival membership entitles you to a preferential booking period, savings on ticket prices and preferential Friends seating. Friends prices are listed in this programme brochure. More information about Friends of the Festival membership ».

Please note Friends bookings are limited to 2 Friends tickets per show per membership.

Public Tickets

Public sales open on 13th of May. Tickets to all shows are available through Ticketek.

Please note bookings for the Court Theatre can be made directly with the Court Theatre Box Office.

Tickets to performances within the TelstraClear Club can be purchased at the Box Office in Cathedral Square between the hours of 12.00 pm and 9.00 pm.

Door Sales

Tickets to performances with door sale allocations will be available for sale at the venue one hour prior to the performance commencement.

Concessions

Available only on presentation of current relevant ID for full-time students, unwaged and senior citizens (65+)

Family Tickets

Family tickets are available for some shows.

Important Information

Ticket prices include GST. All tickets booked through Ticketek will incur a booking fee. General Admission events do not have allocated seating. The use of mobile telephones or other similar devices is not permitted during shows. The use of cameras or other recording devices is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to admit latecomers only at a suitable point in the performance. The Isaac Theatre Royal introduced in 2005 a levy of $2.50 inc GST per ticket for all tickets with a value exceeding $20.00. This levy titled the redevelopment and Enhancement Levy is being used by the Theatre Royal Foundation to continue the enhancement and redevelopment of this wonderful theatre.

Booking Conditions

The Christchurch Arts Festival reluctantly reserves the right to change the schedule by amending dates or replacing shows. Any unavoidable changes will be advertised on the Festival website and The Press. If a show is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded only if the ticket is returned to the booking office by August 9, 2009. Transaction fees are not refundable.

Tickets subject to availability and issued according to best available. Tickets are nontransferable between events. No refunds or exchanges on lost, damaged or stolen tickets.

There are no exchanges or refunds on the ticket price or service fees except as required by law.
