Kurt Weill was one of the most accomplished theatre composers of the 20th century, best known for writing Mack the Knife.

Musicians David Donaldson, Steve Roche, David Long, Chris O’Connor and Jeff Henderson and singer Janet Roddick, give a voice to the characters of the bittersweet tales Weill has created.

This will be a dramatic night of cabaret from some of the country’s most versatile and innovative talent. These Wellington-based musicians are in steady demand for performing on movie soundtracks, but sometimes get to moonlight for special gigs like this.
