The Intricate Art of Actually Caring premiered in February 2009 with a three week sell-out season in Eli’s bedroom as part of the NZ Fringe Festival 2009, where it won 'Best Theatre” and was nominated for “Best of the Fringe” and “Best Production Design”.

It’s a comedy about apathy, a slacker road trip story, a journey of joyous pessimism.

“A work of extraordinary wit, perspicacity and humanity”
