Two of Maurice’s outstanding pupils, and leading New Zealand pianists, Michael Houstoun and Sarah Watkins pay tribute.

Houstoun says, “In all the years I knew Maurice we played duets regularly and with great joy, mainly for recreation but also at times in concert. For this concert I play with another former student of his, Sarah Watkins, pianist in NZTrio, and we have selected a repertoire that Maurice loved.” 

Maurice’s son Richard will be on hand to assist with coffee and scones to help you enjoy this brunch concert.
